International market research agency, Facts International, today announced its expansion into Australia and APAC with the opening of an office in Sydney, Australia.
Facts International has expertise spanning multiple disciplines and specialises in the delivery of small or large scale CATI, CAPI, online and IVR projects, enabling 24/7 research presented in real time all over the world.
Overseeing the management of the Australia office will be Research Manager, Jo Brockhurst, who specialises in client account management, online and quantitative research at Facts International, and is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS).
Managing Director of Facts International and member of the AMSRS, Emily Kettle, commented: “Facts International conducts research across the globe, and this new office in Sydney will ensure that we are in close touch with our existing clients in Australasia and APAC. I enjoyed meeting clients in our Singapore office last week, am planning to visit Australian clients this week, and am looking forward to meeting more clients at our Dubai office next week. In my new role as Managing Director of Facts International, global expansion is very high on the agenda and we have more office openings to look forward to this year as the company expands globally”.
