Facts International worked in partnership with another international research company to conduct a customer satisfaction survey with regular readers of the Upstream publication.
Interviews were conducted with readers situated in the UK, Wider Europe, America, Scandinavia, Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia.
200 x CATI interviews were completed across the world with readers of Upstream (in English). The survey was 15 minutes in length and sought to establish satisfaction with the publication articles.
The questionnaire explored how often the publication was read, as well as how much time was spent reading the publication; opinions and impressions of the contents, and thoughts of what coverage the publication provided of different geographical areas including suggestions for further improvements for reader satisfaction.
